2023 CANSail 1&2/1&4/5&6 Instructor – Royal Vancouver Yacht Club
Royal Vancouver Yacht Club (RVYC), a prestigious yacht club located in beautiful Vancouver BC is seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Summer Sailing Instructors.
As a Summer Sailing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sailing instruction to children ages 5-13 in our Wetfeet, Opti Fun (intermediate and advanced), Summer Race Team and Opti Summer Race Team programs.
This is a temporary position from July 3rd 2023 to August 29th 2023.
Qualifications:
• CANSail 1&2/1&4/5&6 Instructor Trained/Certified or equivalent as specified by the CANSail Instructor/Coach Equivalency Chart.
• Valid Standard First Aid with CPRC and AED certificate.
• Pleasure Craft Operators Card
• Safe Sport Training
• Criminal Record Background Check (18+)
Contract length: 2 months, July 3rd to August 29th
Salary: $17.50-$23.00 per hour
