2023 Sailing Camp Assistant – Yukon Breeze Sailing Society
Start Date: June 19, 2023
End Date: August 18, 2023
Hours per week: 37.5
Wage: $20 per hour
Required Certifications:
● Current Standard First Aid & CPR C certification (needed before start date)
● Pleasure Craft Operators Card (needed before start date)
● Lifeguarding certification would be considered an asset
Minimum Required Qualifications:
● A keen interest in water/wind sports
● Strong communication skills with parents and sailors
● Previous work in a camp or teaching environment for children and youth
● Previous sailing experience would be considered an asset
● A criminal record check with a vulnerable sector screening is a condition of employment.
