2023 CANSail Instructor Evaluations

After successful completion of a CANSail Technical clinic, instructors achieve a “Trained” status that is valid for 2 years.

“Trained” CANSail Instructors are required to complete an Evaluation to achieve their “Certified” status within 2 years after successful completion of a Technical Clinic.

Once an instructor has achieved their “Certified” status following a successful evaluation, their “Certified” status is valid for 4 years post clinic.

 

• Please note that the evaluation will need to take place during a “live” water session with real athletes.
• The Evaluation will take a minimum of 2 hours.
• All instructors requesting an evaluation will need to pay the $100 Evaluation fee prior to us scheduling a Learning Facilitator.
• Once the Evaluation fee is paid, please email delani@bcsailing.bc.ca to arrange an evaluation with a BC Sailing Learning Facilitator in your area.
