2026 CANSail Instructor – Kitsilano Yacht Club
The Kitsilano Yacht Club is seeking CANSail Instructors to work with our Learn to Sail programs for the 2026 season. Our training fleet includes Club 420s, a Cal 20, RS Fevas, Hobie Waves, Lasers, and Optimists; in which we run a variety of courses for youth and adults in both group and private lessons, as well as school and group programs. Our season runs from mid-April until October, with the bulk of our courses taking place in July and August. Start and end dates can be flexible.

Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are available.
Employment type: Full-time (40 hours per week) and Part-time positions available
Pay Scale: $19.50-$28/hr, depending on experience.
