The Sidney North Saanich Yacht Club is committed to building a vibrant sailing community on Vancouver Island, and we are looking for dedicated CANSail instructors to join our team for the 2026 season. We believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment that empowers our coaches to deliver exceptional programs. We value instructors who are knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about sharing the love of sailing in a safe and inclusive atmosphere. At SNSYC, you will be part of a professional team that prioritizes both student progression and instructor development, all while enjoying the water of the Saanich Peninsula.
