2026 Cruising Instructor – MacSailing
MacSailing is a well-established sailing school based in Vancouver, offering high-quality cruising and keelboat instruction on the waters of English Bay and the surrounding coastline. We’re known for professional instruction, strong safety standards, and a supportive teaching environment.
We are seeking a Cruising Instructor to join our team for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys hands-on teaching and helping students build real confidence and competence on cruising sailboats. This position is part-time in April and May, transitioning to full-time from June through September 2026.
Compensation:
$26–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
