2026 Spring CANSail Instructor – Surrey Sailing Club
Job Overview: The Spring CANSail Instructors will be responsible for running the Spring Adult CANSail Classes. They are taught in C420s and run evenings on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. With the potential to have classes on the weekend. This position has the opportunity to continue into the summertime if the applicant is a good fit with the program.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of CANSail 1-2 Instructor Trained or Certified
– Pleasure Craft Operators Card
– First Aid & CPR C Certification
– Coach Boat Safety course
– 1 season of coaching experience preferred
– Legally eligible to work in Canada
Compensation: We offer competitive wages $25-$30 per hour that are commensurate on experience. Free parking is available onsite, and easy public transportation is available nearby.
Start Date – May 1, 2026 End Date(s) – June 30, 2026, or August 31, 2026
