Requirements for Captain Role:

Overall responsibility for ship navigation, safety, and delivery of the SALTS program. This includes mentoring crew and trainees, managing the safety of the vessel, ensuring the program is delivered up to SALTS standards and engaging in day to day life with crew and trainees. Holds a valid “Master 150 Gross Tonnage” or higher ticket from Transport Canada and has completed our in-house Captain-in-Training program. View detailed position profile.
