2026 Spring/Summer CANSail Instructor – Royal Victoria Yacht Club
The Royal Victoria Yacht Club has been recognized as one of the top sailing programs in Canada and we’re looking for all levels of certified and registered CANSail coaches to join our team for the 2026 sailing season. We believe in creating a supportive and collaborative environment to help coaches deliver an excellent program to students. We appreciate coaches who are
dedicated, knowledgeable and engaging and we support a variety of interesting learning opportunities.
We have full time and part time positions available and we’re happy to accommodate a variety of schedules. RVicYC is located in Victoria, BC on Cadboro Bay and we hope you’ll consider joining us this season.
Start Date: April 4th and/or June 22nd End Date: September 5th
Starting wage: $19.00/hour
